Add visual effect

Sometimes I just missed the sound to have a rest. Is there any plan to add a visual effect?

You could use notifications and set the alert style to Alerts. That way they stay on the screen until you actively dismiss them. (Don't forget to allow TomatoBar in your focus mode(s))
