Add billing service

Problem

We need a billing service to collect monthly payments for premium tenants.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a Stripe customer for a premium tenant.
• Subscribe the Stripe customer to a monthly plan (€7 / $7.29 a month)
• Tenants must be able to cancel their subscription.
