Use prefixes for `base`, `ref` and `origin`

It would be more convenient if prefixes could be used also in base, ref and origin columns.

For example:

base	model	property	type	ref	origin	uri
			prefix	jar		/datasets/gov/rc/jar/iregistruoti
				dp		/datasets/gov/ivpk/dp/dcat
jar:JuridinisAsmuo
	Organization				jar:JuridinisAsmuo
dp:Dataset
	Dataset
		creator	ref	dp:Organization	dp:Dataset
