CKAN does not support hierarchical group display #13

By default CKAN allows to create group hierarchies using CKAN API, bet web UI does not support group hierarchies in any way.

There is ckanext-hierarchy plugin for organizations, and probably by slightly modifying code of this plugin it should be to make it work with groups too.
