[Bug] Some apps missing from split tunnel list

Describe your environment

• Device: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
• OS name and version: Android 11
• IVPN app version: 2.10.7

Describe the problem

Some apps are not showing in the split tunnel list. Even with "Show system apps" enabled (in case they're considered system apps for some reason), they still don't show in the list.

Some apps on my phone that are affected by this bug:

• Compass
• Editor
• KeePassDX
• SpamBlocker
• FreePaint
• SetEdit
• OpenCalc
• 1010! Klooni
• Clock You
• Record You
• Activity Manager
• Nihonoari

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open IVPN settings
2. Tap on "Split tunneling"
3. Some apps are missing

Observed Results:

Some apps are missing from the split tunnel list.

Expected Results:

All apps are included in the split tunnel list.
