Auto-connect Feature #35

Feature request

Description

Currently I cannot set IVPN to remain connected always without giving location access for Network protection.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be option to remain connected even when we are connected to any network or not. App should automatically reconnect every time device has network. Current settings should stay but option of Auto-connect should be introduced, which may include connect on boot also. (Hopefully I am not missing anything..)

This feature is present in Mullvad, but not in IVPN. I would love to see it implemented.
