(Windows) Split tunnel: applications with issues 1

Describe your environment

• Device: _____
• OS name and version: Windows
• IVPN app version: _____

Describe the problem

SteelSeries GG (engine): "C:\Program Files\SteelSeries\GG\SteelSeriesGG.exe" -dataPath="C:\ProgramData\SteelSeries\GG" -dbEnv=production

Battle.net app: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Battle.net Launcher.exe"

"Everything works if:

• IVPN app is completely closed
• IVPN app is open but not connected
• IVPN app is connected but these apps are not listed in split tunnel, or split tunnel is deactivated.

In case of these apps are listen in split tunnel:

• Opening these apps after connecting IVPN will show the screenshots result
• Open these apps before connecting IVPN they work but when connecting IVPN they disconnect and show error of something gone broke in battlenet app case, or show the previous screenshot in case of SS GG app.

These behaviours happen in both wireguard and openvpn. "
