[Feature request] UI: ability to open Firewall settings and AntiTracker settings by one click #234

Correspondent settings windows must be shown by clicking on the "Firewall"/"AntriTracker" labels in the main window.

@gorkapernas v3.10.2 is ready for testing

Verified on v3.10.2, all platforms, now it is possible to access the Firewall and the Antitracker settings by clicking on their labels from the main UI. This is good to go.

@ gorkapernas: may be it got implemented in the win client, in the macos client's UI this does not work.
