Unable to regenerate WireGuard key #327

Describe your environment

Describe the problem

When I am connected to my schools network, IVPN is unable to regenerate the WireGuard key because IVPN is blocked. I had to use an alternate VPN just to regenerate the keys.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open IVPN on a network that has strict firewall rules
  2. Try to connect
  3. Get the error message when you try to connect

P.S: It also happens on the iOS app too!

I believe that they have *.ivpn.net blocked, which is why the api would be blocked

When the ivpn app has no valid wireguard keys (e.g. they are expired), AND the ivpn firewall is enabled AND you have not allowed access to ivpn servers with firewall (switch in settings) THEN NO new wireguard keys CAN be generated.

It's not my firewall, it is the firewall of the network I am connected to. They block VPNs. It would be nice if they could use an alternate ip instead of a url, or use some sort of encrypted traffic tunnel to get the key and account info
