Pause VPN connection #274

Feature request

Description

Some sites and apps won't open when using a VPN, so I wanted to be able to pause the VPN connection so that it would automatically reconnect after a certain amount of time, as I sometimes forget to do it on my own.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability to pause the VPN connection for 5, 15, 30, 60, and 180 minutes like in the desktop app.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This is blocked, until we can find a workaround on accessing Key Chain items when device is locked. Reducing Key Chain access level to less secure setting is not acceptable - https://github.com/ivpn/ios-app/pull/323/commits/1417832cfda7970d0664a643859815024a8441e4

@jurajhilje I don't see this functionality in version 2.11.1 (7). In which version did you add this feature?
