Status shows incorrect server host #348

Describe your environment

Browser: Firefox
OS name and version: Android 11

Describe the problem

Steps to reproduce:

Open /status
Scroll down to Slovakia
Observe

Observed Results:

What happened? This could be a description, log output, etc.

I see m247 as the host.

Expected Results:

What did you expect to happen?

Datapacket instead, since they have dedicated in Bratislava, m247 however, doesn't.

I don't see status page in this repo. Didn't look too much. Otherwise I'd submit a PR outright.

@kubo6472 The server info is loaded dynamically from a different server so that information is not part of this repo. But we will look into it. Thanks for the report!
