Add MultiHop indicator for WireGuard configurations #733

To differentiate between Single and Multi Hop configurations, we want to add mh- prefix to MultiHop generated WireGuard configurations.

Verified on staging, I confirm that the prefix mh- has been added at the beginning of the MultiHop configuration files names. I'll check this again on production once we deploy the changes.
