WireGuard configuration file generator: hostname conflict eliminates server conf files #752

Bug report

Describe your environment

Describe the problem

The unfortunate hostnames we use for WireGuard-only servers create a conflict with the new short config filenames.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Choose Zurich as a city, then download the ZIP file.
  2. Open the ZIP file and check for 3 servers (ch1.wg, ch1.gw, ch3).
  3. Notice that only two servers are available (ch1 and ch3).

Observed Results:

The shortening of the filenames and the unfortunate hostnames means that one of the ch1 servers seems to be eliminated or overwritten during the generation process.

Expected Results:

For Zurich, three config files are available.

Thanks.

A solution might be to use the WireGuard domain name instead of the OpenVPN domain name:

Deployed to staging for QA

Verified on staging, it looks good, but we only have three locations, we need to check this on production. @nathanrod please let me know when the changes are deployed to production and I'll test this again.
