Gallery/Camera Modal wont open, Error: User cancelled image selection on redmi note 3 #1043

Tell us to which platform this issue is related redmi note 3, Android 6

Gallery/Camera Modal wont open, and catch "Error: User cancelled image selection" on redmi note 3. It was worked few months ago. I tried on other phone motorola moto G with android 5 and emulator, it works fine. Any idea whats wrong?
