IvyDD infinite loading in datasource properties. #4

Hi I am using pentaho bi server 5.3 . I had saiku analytics enabled. I recently install ivy dd stable. In a new dashboard when i drop analytics on panel, the datasource properties part never stops loading. I re installed, restarted server many times but no solution so far. I tried with a fresh installation on local machine and it worked. On my server i have too much data so migration wont be an option. Can you help me on how to resolve this problem?

Do you have some logs (from server or client side)? I can't help you too much without information about what is happening.

I have the same problem, nothing is added in catalina.out or any other log file in tomcat/logs.

Client side i get this, from networking calls and console.

Early on a call to /pentaho/plugin/saiku/api/undefined/repository?type=saiku returns:

{@class: "org.saiku.repository.RepositoryFolderObject", type: "FOLDER", name: "etc", id: "#/etc",…},…] 0: {@class: "org.saiku.repository.RepositoryFolderObject", type: "FOLDER", name: "etc", id: "#/etc",…} 1: {@class: "org.saiku.repository.RepositoryFolderObject", type: "FOLDER", name: "home", id: "#/home",…} 2: {@class: "org.saiku.repository.RepositoryFolderObject", type: "FOLDER", name: "public", id: "#/public",…}

Console: (appears when dropping analytics onto the canvas)

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined _0x8c17x39 @ app.lib.min.js:1 (anonymous function).params.type @ app.lib.min.js:1 _0x8c17x3.(anonymous function) @ app.lib.min.js:1

Any thoughts?

I have installed Pentaho-6 BA Suite & installed Ivy DC, Ivy BC, Ivy DD into it. a) Create a DataSource Connection b) Create CDA file using CDE When i am trying to create a dashboard using ivy DD,Datasource Properties will go for Infinite loading.Not showing anything. ivyissue

Please help me resolving this issue.

Hi i have the same problem and the older saiku versions dont exist anymore inside marketplace. Botton line ,i will not use cause i cant
