Timezone test transformation #147

Create a transformation that with test the timezone that will output the correct time to a log file or print to screen. (bash script and transformation)

Script testTimezone.sh to execute the transition to respond with 'The time is XX:XX'

This is to check that when timezone is changed we verify this.
