DATA EXPORT MAPPING - Remove all references #165

All DATA EXPORT MAPPING now resides within Analytics. Removes all references to this from Data Integration.

The only file required to be removed is : setup/DDL/DATA_EXPORT_PARAMETER_MAPPING.sql
