Add ETL Silent run script #18

Modify the run scripts. Add one for silent run (output log file) and one for a normal run (output to console)

Added run-suitecrm-data-integragration-silent.sh script to output to a log fine and modified the run-suitecrm-data-integragration.sh to output to the terminal
