Add Case Activity Created TK to F_CASE_MANAGEMENT fact tabke #182

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We want to be able to track when a case has had its first activity associated with it.

Describe the solution you'd like When the first activity is created we will use the activity date created and store it in the F_CASE_MANAGEMENT fact table. This way we will be able ti understand the date difference between a case being created and the first activity

Specifications will be in Confluence
