We need to add value for:

Budget Cost Expected Cost Expected Revenue

We need to calculate the campaign start and end dates based on the following logic.

Lookup the min / max create dates of all leads that are associated with the campaign in question. Use those dates with a buffer of a few days to populate the campaign start date amn end date
