Drop redundant D_CAMPAIGN fields #79

D_CAMPAIGN contains fact columns that shouldn't exist.

Drop the following fields from the transformation, demo data transformation and DDL

CAMPAIGN_CREATED_BY CAMPAIGN_START_DATE CAMPAIGN_END_DATE CAMPAIGN_IMPRESSIONS CAMPAIGN_BUDGET CAMPAIGN_EXPECTED_COST CAMPAIGN_ACTUAL_COST CAMPAIGN_EXPECTED_REVENUE
