Extended description

Currently, the offer message has a lot of not critical parameters (such as the floor, etc..) and lacks a description.

The task is to rework the message appearance to include only critical data and add a button to show the full description + all the parameters.

Todo list:

• Add a shortened description to the message.
• Merge the additional_payment with a base payment so it looks like this:

  Payment: 1000 (+ 350)

• Remove the floor and other miscellaneous stats from the message.
• Add a button to show all the stats and a full description of the offer.

Also, the price/area would be a great statistic to include.
