Fixed build status badge
Added short project introduction
Added link to alterware launcher as thats the current recommended way of installing for users
Reworded general compilation instructions
Added "Development Setup" section detailing how to configure the project for easy debugging

I now realize that the PSD I have for the logo of this org is wrong since this doesn't look identical to the org logo. one second

It looks very good and ready to merge, I have one tiny thing to ask is if we could replace the old XLabs IW4x logo (centered X) with the newer standalone IW4X logo (the one of this org) Attached here
