This is PART ONE of changes to support subscriptions in the TRPC Panel. This PR revolved around ensuring that there is an example subscription procedure in the server and that it will be displayed properly in the TRPC Panel itself.
The subscriptions in the Panel are NOT FUNCTIONAL YET. However, to ensure that these UI/parsing changes get included in any future rewrites or refactorings, I think it could be beneficial to get this merged sooner rather than later. Of course, happy to defer to your judgment on that.
If accepted, this PR will:
add a test subscription procedure to the test server
remove unused variables/imports from the test server
add parsing support for subscription procedures in trpc-panel
add style criteria for subscription procedures in the trpc-panel UI
