All charts are missing from demo #5

Built your clone of wxFreeChart using MSVC2008 against wxWidgets 3.1.0 using the DLL debug configuration. Build demo using same. When running demo none of the plots are displayed, although things like legends are, see attached screenshot.

The charts are drawn to the bitmaps just not shown in main window. If I enable antialiasing from the menu then they do get displayed.
