I have removed plc_template.hwl.jsons from the repo, it is snow placed to src/simatic1500/ctrl/assets/S71500.hwl.json of 'simatic1500' library. This library is used by all applications, so I found it appropriate to move it there. Moreover, the scripts have been modified to search for assets in the .apax folder so that they can retrieve all gsds and template files directly from installed dependencies.
