Modification:

the transformer that adds pragmas to the generated code due to the use of the latest version of apax.
of time formats (TimeWebApi, DateTimeWebApi, etc.) in the WebApi connector due to different formats for the TiaProject platform.

Breaking changes - refactor eTargetPlatform to eTargetProjectPlatform.
