Transmission connection refuse #399

Hi there. Recently my transmission began show error "connection refused". On web, and on client. After restart service it work for a while and it happen again. It began recently, may be after some update. My transmission installed on my truenas server TrueNAS-13.0-U6.2. 2024-08-18_10-59-15

This error shows in web browser. I figured out transmission service is stopped at this time, when shows error. I start again transmission. Sometimes transmission works whole day, sometimes 5 seconds.

I have to do this And I don't know why or with which error transmission closes.

Maybe have I upgrade my truenas core from 13.0 to 13.3?
