Pickpocketing the Grim Guzzler Key from Plugger does not trigger the "yell" event and turn him hostile.

Currently he remains neutral and no yell goes out.

Correction: Once pickpocketed, the dialogue was started and Plugger went hostile whenever i interacted with him again (the vendor option)
