Update Maven Central latest version #10

The README.md mentions that 2.0.0 is the latest version, however Maven Central only has version 1.8.6. Can you please update it to latest?

Hello, version 2.0.0 was mostly a matter of refactoring code towards the 2.0 distribution of ixa pipes. Functionality has not changed with respect to 1.8.6.
