Suggestion: Add the fix status to the NavSatFix message #14

Hi,

I would be useful to have the fix status in the NavSatFix message. At least "ok" or "nok" (0 or 1).

I added this feature in my fork in case you are interested

Indeed, this should be useful.

But I first need to find a reliable way to get the status across all our INS series.
