It's one line. It used to be 10+ lines showing the actual settings. Yep, I think it's important to show. The split settings behaviour can be weird and I bet nobody else will have read about or know that printing the order that split settings are combined is even possible.

@mrmachine the "Not showing actual base and project settings. Set
SHOW_SETTINGS=1
to change." message comes up every time I ever touch the python process and adds a lot of noise when I'm scanning console output.What's the benefit to displaying that message? Do people need to be reminded of the settings cascade?
