Default DB #5

The current default for local DBs is sqlite, is there a particular reason why this is so?

We've had issues in the past where dev environments were using sqlite whereas the servers were using postgres. Issues were pretty regularly popping up that were not reproducible across environments.

Closing as most folks seem to use postgres anyway, and the ease of startup with sqlite reduces on-boarding times.
