Fix for Django 3 #2

"requirements.txt" updated and static import changed to new Django 3 packages

Thanks for the PR. Sorry for the delay in response, I've been out ill.

We're still using Django 2 on most of our projects, so I'll need to check that the import change is functional there as well.
