Wagtail 3.0 support #28

Fix https://github.com/ixc/wagtail-instance-selector/issues/27: Make this package support Wagtail 3.0

I also removed the sidebar in the iframe, it has some display issues, this is probably the easiest fix, as the sidebar doesn't have any use here:

Awesome. This looks good to me.

Unfortunately, I'm no longer at the IC (this github org), so I don't have commit access. I'll ping some folk and see if someone can handle the merge and publish.

Not really. It was largely something I did on my own, and it doesn't look like there's much interest at my old employer to adopt maintenance.

I'd recommend someone fork it and make an alternative package on PyPI.
