This PR adds support for Wagtail 4.2

It includes this PR https://github.com/ixc/wagtail-instance-selector/pull/28 but as it also drop support for Wagtail < 4.1 removes some of that work.

Some of the tests no fail and I think they may not be relevant now with the new admin UI rendering.

As far as I can tell the package works as expected for Wagtail >= 4.0 when using the admin.
