Daggerize docker e2e tests

This PR continues the effort of Daggerizing the project.

In this initial PR we are focusing on:

Updating the existing ci module, by bringing it to the latest dagger version and re-using external dagger modules for building the binary
Adding a TestExec function to the module that runs integration tests for the exec functionality. It is parameterized by tool. As a starting point we implemented docker integration tests
Add a test github workflow that tests docker exec e2e tests

We plan on continuing with the daggerization live next friday, happy to change/adapt anything you'd like before then!
