Reverse color to correct RGB values for Police Lights script #172

Since reversed color has been patched, the script's default values need to be patched accordingly.

Tested on B450 Tomahawk Max

I'm not sure this needs to be patched. The lights are supposed to be blue and green. You can, of course, use red and blue if you wish (granted, this would make more sense seeing as they are 'police' lights; I simply liked the effect as it was).
