This is not really a website issue - this is a database/tr collection issue. It's a long standing problem: do we take previously established data is true, or 'refresh' every X amount of time. We can bring this up as an agenda item, but I think we should close this as an issue for now. On that note tho, we need a better reporting structure for these types of bugs... I believe github issues is the wrong place for them (or at least, this section of github issues). The general idea is that the issue should relate to the codebase that it is attached to... that it can be addressed by modifying said codebase. Not sure what to suggest re database/overall process/architecture issue reporting tho. Thoughts?
