TR details - missing CC and NSA icons #102

They were there a couple of months ago.

Strange. If I remember correctly, @agamba used some new method for these icons (cribbed from @jknee approach)

As Colin indicates, there is a new approach used in the carriers dynamic table that uses CSS and a country flag images.

The error reported by Andrew started to occur when someone (@colinmccann ?) deleted a directory located at /var/www/ixmaps-old/ge

Thus, the symlink in the live website was broken and none of the old icons are available lrwxrwxrwx 1 ixmaps ixmaps 22 Mar 27 13:31 ge -> /var/www/ixmaps-old/ge

I'm going to restore this directory from one of the old backups.

The old images are now restored. I've not added this to the new website2017 repository as they are likely to be removed as soon as we rebuild the TR details page.

Yeah, that was probably when we were doing the big server cleanup - my bad.

I'm still a little uncomfortable with keeping things that are necessary for a fully functioning website in places that are not the repo of that website. But I guess we'll leave this for now...
