map page - missing folsom st icon #107

How do we want to deal with this? 611FolsomSt.png Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Is this a legacy item? Delete or fix otherwise?

There is a broader issue at play here. The Folsom image is used for the default layer of NSA (in the pop up in SF), and cannot be loaded since it no longer exists wherever it used to be. However, the issue also pertains to many of the images for the CH layer

Suggest that we host all images ourselves - relying on links to stay up is unwise. Further, it may be tie to eliminate the 'carrier hotel' concept. I think we are past this as a project. If no, suggest we replace with a generic image. If no, we need to drastically clean up the way CHs are handled.

I've added a very weak fix, by updating the link address for the 611Folsom img in the database. This is not sufficient, but a band aid. The issue remains open until we discuss how to deal with this problem more broadly
