Document standard development, build and deploy process with grunt #40

Picking up from #33, we need to document and agree upon a standard development, build and deploy process.

Draft of initial build, ongoing development, @colinmccann could you confirm your deploy process?

@jknee -- if you are able to confirm the details on how you work with Grunt that would be great
