MAP TRdetails and mapping discrepancies #67

An updated version of #59

Map and TRdetails only shows the first 2 hops, both of which are ASN =-1. Remaining hops as shown in Tech view are not mapped.

This is a case of missing asn in our as_users table. I've started a fix for this and we need a add a permanent solution that add the new asn when a traceroute is submitted.
