MAP entry modal - minor style tweaks #97

Increase the font size to match the main font (eg same as for Your Contributor Name) pastedgraphic-3 Enlarge the box for ISP name to fill space avaialble and avoid text wrap. pastedgraphic-1

Mostly addressed. It is impossible to sufficiently enlarge the box for ISP without reconfiguring the page. Instead, I have ellipsised it. Lmk...

Ellipsis should be fine. Can't properly test until I get home.

That's odd the box can't be enlarged since there appears a considerable space to the next field, even assuming it might need to accommodate up to 9.99M routes.

I suppose there is a question of whether ASN should be included on the first screen. Dropping that would help and reduce clutter.

I have increased the width of the field substantially. The problem here is that some of the ISPs (that have not been corrected with a 'short_name') are very very long, so we need to prepare for that. Now we're ellipsising instead of wrapping...
