@ig-shaun ,

I was doing the second task (FAQ To Airtable Integration):

I have created necessary tables and when I am trying to create the trigger, I am getting like You cannot run script on current billing plan

I am on the Free Plan BTW. It seems Running Scripts not supported in Free plan. Do you have any enterprise Airtable plan?

Initial Version of FAQ database was ready. This is how I did it:

Created two tables faq-data and faq-response in airtable
Created Rest API to add the training examples to Rasa with Fast API
Whenever Approved column changes in the faq-data, I added that particular record to the Rasa NLU data file with the help of above Fast API
And Created a custom action to fetch the response from faq-response table when there is match between Predicted {category, intent} with the records available in faq-response table.

@ChikkaUdayaSai I have added another field in the FAQ database Link Title which will be used to label the URL on the UI. Please pull this through as a slot value that can be sent as part of the Custom Response for the client apps to display.
