auth-id allways has unlimited premissions sub-auth-id can be limited in premissions which is a bit more secure.

Fixed by #8, which has been merged here and also in mschirrmeister/cert-manager-webhook-cloudns (The fork that works with up-to-date versions of Kubernetes & cert-manager)
