host setup need instructions #1

I fear I am missing some details about how to setup the linux host to use this program.

I am trying to use utp_com from a linux workstation to send commands to the embedded i.MX6 device via UTP.

When the embedded device boots it initializes the On The Go port for UTP, and the boot message says "Starting UTP".

My Llinux workstation's sees the usb device with vendor:066F, and product: 37FF, and udevadm monitor shows the uas driver takes over, leaving me with a kworker taking over 100% of one cpu core. Can you offer some prerequisites, like essential workstation kernel modules or udev rules, or what I need to do so that the kworker does not take over 100% of a cpu core.

I am using gentoo, and my emerge --info:

Try blacklisting uas. Device is shown as scsi-device, but it isn't a real disk.
