The new redmine version (3.3.2) is tested separately since I encountered a bug while doing a clean install but was not able to reproduce it afterwards. Maybe the tests catch it.

/cc @marius-balteanu let me know if you encounter any issues with 3.3.2. If not I will remove the 3.3.1 testing from Travis and merge.

Sorry for the delay, I've re-run the CI and everyrhing is green so I merged it.
