When entering cyrillic word with letter 'б' plugin replace his to comma. On the keyboard, the characters 'б' and comma are on the same key.

There's a well-known bug in underlying tag-it.js library. That's the problem because tag-it.js project also doesn't maintained anymore.

I have patched and it's not trigger on б. Sorry for minified version.
