靳文菲教授长期从事群体遗传学和精准医学相关研究,通过开发基因组和表观基因组等高通量实验和计算方法,进行复杂性状的基因定位, 染色质远距离互作调控, 人群遗传结构和单细胞测序等研究。共发表论文和图书章节20多篇,总引用近700次(Google scholar)。靳文菲博士2006年毕业于郑州大学,2012年1月在中科院上海生科院金力院士和徐书华研究员指导下获得计算生物学博士,毕业后留所做助理研究员。2013年1月加入美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)赵可吉博士课题组从事博士后研究。2017年加入南方科技大学生物系。主要成果包括:【1】开发了单细胞DNase测序(Jin, et al. 2015 Nature), 该技术将为个性化医疗提供关键基因调控信息; 【2】长期系统的群体遗传学研究,对人群混合和遗传疾病基因研究有独特贡献(Jin et al, 2012 Genome Res; Jin et al, 2012 AJHG; Jin et al, 2012 HMG; Jin, et al. 2014 EJHG)。
